INTRODUCTION

Our story begins with a question. Why are users of numerous social networks not paid for consuming the content of these companies? Considering that these users are responsible for the billion-dollar revenues that this industry generates annually. And this question generated a new question for us. What would a cryptography project look like that paid all its holder users for consuming the countless social networks that already exist? Thus providing a redistribution of income within the community of members.

Although none of us could have imagined it at the time, this was a concept that would start a revolution. Because it would be a project built based on community involvement. Since we would be the first crypto project in the world to financially compensate its holders in USDT for consuming media content from the MIDY COIN ecosystem.

We firmly believe that in the future crypto exchanges will be larger, many times larger, than fiat-based exchanges. They will play an increasingly important role in global finance. This is how Midy Coin emerged, with the aim of being a means of redistributing earnings on social networks and a practical way of paying for products and services.

WHY ETH

When comparing different blockchains, you may wonder why we chose to stay on the BEP-20 network. The answer, like the rest of our project, is direct and objective. It's already secure and well-established and really allows us to decentralize.

The priority is to ensure that the project can grow and evolve, without any external regulation impacting it, BEP-20was the way to achieve this goal. Our users are able to hold their own tokens in a wallet and receive payments from around the world, whilst remaining independent from moderating forces.

These aspects of BEP-20 are what made it the perfect foundation, a true decentralization where you can trade, buy, sell and HODL to earn rewards that far surpass value or other staking platforms.

Coin (MID)

We will issue our currency, called Coin. With a strict limit of 100 billion MID. which will never be increased. MID will run natively on the Ethereum blockchain with ERC 20.

ICO

The ICO will be done in USDT, on midycoin.com around the world.

ICO will start November 10, 2023, investors will be able to buy MID tokens in 6

phases, each phase lasting 30 days. on a first-come, first- serve basis until 70 Billion tokens are sold.

As each new phase begins, the price will increase. Investors will receive MID tokens immediately upon purchase.

Listing on Exchanges

The MID token will be listed on decentralized and centralized exchanges, between the seventh and twelfth month of the start of its ICO, with a suggested value of 0.0025 USDT.

Buyback Plan

Every quarter, after its first Exchange listing, we will use 10% of our profits to buy back MID and destroy it, we even buy 30% of all MID (50B) back.

Ecosystem

All holders will receive equal USDT distribution, proportional to the amount of MID they have allocated on the midycoin.com website. Because 50% of all profits obtained through your media channels will be distributed. Thus providing monthly and constant profits to the entire ecosystem.

Growth

Every month new users will participate in this ecosystem, significantly increasing the profits obtained through their channels. These new members will replicate all marketing content generated by the MIDY COIN team.

This will lead people who do not participate in the project to consume the content, boosting the earnings of those who participate, as Adsense will only increase.

Use of Funds

15% of the funds will be used for staff training, recruitment and development budget.

50% will be used for MIDY COIN branding and marketing, including innovation promotion and education. A sufficient budget for various advertising activities, to help MIDY COIN become popular among investors and to attract active users to the platform.

35% will be kept in reserve to deal with any emergency or unforeseen event that may arise.
